WHAT YOU'LL DOWork closely with product management to turn roadmap priorities (ideas) into actionable, sequenced engineering deliverables that delight our customers
Oversee the successful, on-time delivery of software projects
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for your engineering team(s)
Actively mentor and support the growth of our amazing individual contributors
Adopt and/or champion technical best practices in partnership with other engineering leaders across the organization
Lead resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure every engineering cycle is tightly aligned with the product vision
Drive continuous improvement in software quality and operational efficiency
Represent your engineering function to key stakeholders
Balance rapid product innovation with long term product stability
Build strength within your engineering teams by recruiting and retaining outstanding talent and creating an environment where that talent can thrive and collaborate — by providing mentoring, training, and other opportunities for professional growth and development

WHAT YOU'LL NEED8+ years experience as an individual contributor
3+ years managing managing software team(s)
A strong technical background that allows you to participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and project planning
Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
Ability to drive results and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
A successful history of working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, marketing and sales
A strong sense of product and domain ownership
Ability to meet and exceed deadlines with composure
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Superior verbal, written and presentation skills
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
Firm understanding of Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with our tech stack (React, Node, Golang, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
Familiarity with Machine Learning/AI including LLMs preferably at scale
MS in Computer Science and/or Business Administration

This base pay is for illustrative purposes only and will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
