7+ years of experience in information technology, including 3+ years of one of the following IT/Security/Cloud engineering and 2+ years in a leadership or people management role
You have a proven delivery track record both as an individual contributor and cybersecurity management
You are skilled at team building and passionate about technical mentorship
You have led cybersecurity, network, infrastructure, application, endpoint, or a security-focused teams
You are knowledgeable with cloud development practices, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code tools, DevOps, and SRE in cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
You have deep technical depth in cloud security models, cloud operations, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and capabilities
You have a strong understanding of endpoint security technologies
You have expertise t in network access controls, endpoint telemetry, and zero trust architecture
You have experience with planning, researching, and developing proactive incident response plans, resolving system vulnerabilities, and strengthening incident response, including preventive measures
You understand tools and techniques leveraged to breach networks, server systems, cloud workloads, or applications
You are skilled at technical project management and application delivery
You are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects with cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced and dynamic company
You are an excellent verbal and written communicator with the ability to speak to all levels within the organization
You have experience partnering with external teams on security solutions

Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

All other locations:
$109,000-$219,000Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
