Test Lead
The Opportunity

The Digital Experience team, part of MassMutual's Enterprise Technology & Experience organization, designs, builds, and supports the company's digital assets for customers and financial professionals.

To help us achieve our mission, we are hiring team-oriented Test Leads to help us take our customer and financial professional experiences to the next level.
The Role and Your Impact
As a Test Lead at MassMutual, you will have the opportunity to:
Drive testing across the development lifecycle for customer facing products
Collaborate with team members, architects, and other IT resources to create and execute thorough technical test strategies, detailed test plans, and scenarios
Build efficient testing environments
Identify testing data through virtualization
Conduct feasibility analysis and create test design solutions for Product teams
Envision creative solutions to technical challenges
The Qualifications
An ideal candidate for this role will have:
At least 4 years of QA test management or test lead experience;
Strong knowledge of mobile & web middleware design, development, testing processes, tools and methodologies, including understanding and practical knowledge of backend integrations
Practical working knowledge of mobile & web application platforms, technologies, and ecosystem as it pertains to development (Apple iOS, and Google Android, Web Technologies)
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining manual testing scripts
Exposure to JIRA, Gherkin syntax and test driven development (TDD) or behavior driven development (BDD) Agile environment
A passion for working on cross-functional teams and collaborating with other teams across MassMutual to test a variety of web and mobile applications
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
