The Senior Software Engineer will work with the Dragon Continuing Engineering team, primarily focused in providing engineering support to field escalations for Dragon Medical One and Dragon Medical Network Edition.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Must be a self-starter and be able to witch between different customer escalations. Must be able to work independently and with multiple customers and teams, collaborate with end-users to find innovative solutions to problems and implement code fixes. Communicate technically with customers and internal teams.
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Education: BS in computer science or related discipline
Minimum years of work experience: 5+ Years
5+ years of experience developing commercial Windows applications
Strong C++, C#, .NET experience
Strong technical programming and debugging skills
Experience communicating with customers
Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing
Experience with server infrastructure and networking technologies
Experience with virtual environments like VMWare & Citrix
Experience with Healthcare and electronic medical records systems
Experience with Agile software development using Scrum
