What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • An ideal candidate will have professional experience with Go/Golang, but if you have professional experience with C and an interest in learning Go we’d absolutely love to hear from you.
  • Ability to contribute in all areas of the software development process, including software design, new-feature development, and general application debugging/problem diagnosis.
  • Comfort working with complex, high-demand systems containing kernel, driver components, eBPF, etc.
  • Knowledge of computer-security fundamentals.
  • Exposure to security tools, Kubernetes, ContainerD and other container runtimes, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and serverless runtimes like Fargate will also be major pluses.

What You'll Do

  • Contribute to container-based system development.
  • Develop software in Go, C.
  • Contribute to code reviews and give constructive, high-quality feedback.
  • Actively identify potential pitfalls in proposed software designs.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including actively participating in scrums and understanding general sprint workflow and responsibilities.
