Job Description:
We are actively hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Engineer who wants to play a role in helping create something meaningful that will greatly impact people’s lives. PatientPing supports a number of customer facing web-based applications that facilitate care-coordination. The QA Engineer will work closely with the engineering and product teams to develop and apply test suites, define acceptance criteria, analyze results, and specify bugs to be squashed. The QA Engineer will also work closely with Market Leads as a first point of contact. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, curious, eager to learn how things work, and strives for excellence.
What You Will Do:
•Work closely with engineering team to develop and apply test suites
•Maintain a list of bugs to be fixed
•Ensure the release high quality software in every sprint cycle
•Work closely with the product team to define acceptance QA criteria for new features
•Work closely with Market Leads to handle customer queries and solve issues
•Help define new features and improvements
•Help define specifications for new tools to improve resolving support issues
What You Need:
Required:
•5+ years of Manual QA experience
•Experience writing basic SQL queries
•Experience writing test cases
•Ability to troubleshoot customer issues in a complex environment
Desired:
•Automated testing experience
•Test plan/suite management experience (e.g. TestRail)
