Principal Enterprise Software Engineer
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
The retail systems team develops the robust technology that enables our 30M members to complete their magical on line shopping experience starting with the shopping cart and managing their precious order to shipping and returns. We’re looking for a collaborative, innovative, decisive, Principal Software Engineer who is comfortable be a technical mentor in an agile environment on our retail systems integration and development efforts for an ecommerce company that processes thousands of sales daily and hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue per year. This person will collaborate with a platform architect; work with leadership as well as stakeholders outside of technology to agree on goals, support and expectation. You possess the latest Java technology, Agile, C# and, preferably, python skills.

As a pragmatic, egoless coder who is willing to contribute to authoring the direction the team takes and can defend his or her ideas as needed and set the bar for best practices, code, and culture. Eliminate any obstacles to progress in sprints.

WHAT YOU HAVE:
The ideal candidate will possess the latest Java technologies like experience with version 1.8; a working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; C# experience in a production environment; Python is a preferred skill or mastery of another dynamic language.
