Our B2B Products engineering team is looking for a JavaScript Engineer to join the team in Cambridge, MA. On the B2B Products team you’ll enhance or create new product offerings for car dealers to help their vehicles reach interested shoppers! Potential project opportunities: adding new features to the car dealer mobile app, creating tools that help car dealers determine how to price and market their vehicles, and helping car dealers understand how our products are performing for them through data visualizations. CarGurus is a tech company, you don’t need to know about cars to work here.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team with product managers, UX designers, data analysts, and of course other engineers to solve interesting problems with a global impact
- Participate in whiteboard sessions and design conversations on engineering the best solution to the challenges at hand
- Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code
- Be deeply engaged in the full software development lifecycle - conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, monitoring and improving
- Make data driven decisions
Who You Are
- 2 or more years of experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with ReactJS or a similar framework
- Collaborative with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, takes feedback well and asks questions when in need of assistance
- Skilled communicator
