Infrastructure Engineer

Klaviyo is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to improve, build, and manage on premise and cloud servers, support and scale networking architecture, and script and design new automations for the endpoint and employee experience. You’ll work closely with a team of collaborative technologists as part of the IT Operations team at Klaviyo.
What you’ll be doing
- Utilize your knowledge of bash/python/java/powershell and other IT friendly languages to help design new scripts and automations to inject into Okta, Jamf, MaaS360, and other systems to augment the experience of endpoint computing
- Assist with the design and management of Klaviyo’s networks by identifying tooling to prepare for continuous user growth
- Manage and oversee on premise and AWS cloud servers used internally across a variety of IT deliverables
- Be an active participant in collaborative technology by eliminating routine procedures through the use of API writing and SaaS automation tools
- Contribute to a support queue for incident response and remediation as well as root cause analysis for major service disruptions
- Spearhead new learning opportunities for the team and conducting training opportunities on a diverse set of technology you are passionate about
- Be a team player and contribute to ongoing IT project work and challenging new opportunities as they arise
We'd love to hear from you if you
- 5+ years of systems technology or network administration experience
- Hands on knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or Windows Server
- Experience building and managing software categories that include MDM, EMM, and SSO
- Experience managing WiFi, VPN, and RADIUS based authentication solutions
- CCNA or equivalent Meraki certifications are a plus
- Knowledge of MDM, EMM, SAML, and SCIM is required - Jamf, Okta, Intune, and Duo experience specifically are all a huge plus
