Resurgent Capital Services is looking for a DevOps Engineer to work with our Mason, OH office! We are looking for someone with roughly 3-5+ years who is motivated and can provide release engineering and dig into Level 2 custom software support challenges. Who you are:

• Enthusiastic about supporting a wide variety of applications and providing the ultimate customer experience.
• Able to troubleshoot and triage software incidents.
• Take ownership role in the deployment and configuration of software applications.
• Interested in proactive application monitoring and analysis of potential issues.
• Respond to tickets and requests with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to provide off-hours and weekend support according to a scheduled rotation.

What you bring:

• An associate degree or higher in a related area, preferred
• Customer Service experience providing technical software support and implementing custom solutions to test and production environments
• Solve problems and exercise good judgement within defined procedures and practices
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple internal teams and coordinate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability and willingness to learn new software applications and concepts quickly
• Basic understanding Microsoft Windows security principals
• Experience writing SQL queries utilizing Microsoft SQL Server in a production environment
• Experience deploying applications
• Implementation of CI/CD concepts
• Familiarity with technologies like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, PowerShell, C#, .NET Framework
• Knowledge of DNS, networking, virtualization, security and firewalls a plus
• Experience with logging platforms to support analysis of application health
• Understanding of application architecture, such as web services and API development
• Experience in the Agile/Scrum development process and methodologies
• Exposure to Azure cloud technologies
• Strong desire to learn and understand new technologies
