The Role:
The FSE will spend 50% of his time on DES and the others 40% on ICPS and 10% on DPS.
DES share will be consists of chemical canisters/ampoules replacement, LDS installation/commission/decommission/troubleshooting.
In charge of ICPS evaluation project.
DPS sharing will consist of cylinder move-in/out and troubleshooting if issues arise.
In this role you will:
Install new or modified LDS equipment at the customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment. Maintains records of performance reports.
Ensure and report customer satisfaction with installation, troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, daily check and canister change.
Review performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives, and inspection/reporting of malfunctioning or damaged products to determine the nature and scope of the problem.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
One-year technical Institute or diploma in engineering, science or chemistry field is required.
Min. 1 years’ experience in Semiconductor industry field service or similar experience with a capital equipment example, CVD/CMP/WET/IMPL module EE&PE experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills and excellent customer relationships.
Maintain records of performance reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction with daily checks, canister changes, installation of new equipment and troubleshooting
Able to work independently and as a team player is necessary to make sure all assigned task completed and succeed.
