• Analyze L3 galvo tune parameters and measure wobble performance of each unit as a function of thermal pattern load.
• Use drift test station to determine galvos with better long-term settling performance.
• Aid in Novanta tests of galvo system resonances and settling characteristics and in methods for damping them.
• Assist in wobble testing and sorting through the L3 galvos.
• Assist development of improvements in metrology tools and methods for galvo vibration analysis.
