As an Engagement manager, you will be working with both late-stage prospects as well as current customers in a forward-facing role. . You will be responsible for pre-sales scoping through successful delivery and value realization, helping enterprises shorten their time to value with Writer AI apps. You will work closely with the Sales team as prospects evaluate Writer and the delivery to scope when they become customers. You will provide business and technical expertise to uncover, validate, and scope use-cases and your objective will be to reduce time to value for customers, ensure successful project outcomes, gain alignment on scope of work, and ensure the customer knows what a successful implementation looks like. You will provide a seamless transition from pre to post-sale and own end-to-end delivery, ensuring the work is delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Your positivity, sense of curiosity, and ability to create champions from early adopters in the AI writing space will help shape our entire culture. If you have a builder mentality, this is the role for you.

🦸🏻♀️ Your responsibilities:
Partner with our Account Executives in use-case validation calls as the expert to uncover how customers and prospects can use Writer solutions including custom templates, our APIs, and Writer Framework
Strategic selling and clear articulation of the value of Writer's AI delivery approach (blueprint for success)
Communicate limitations and propose solutions, including custom app scope, resource needs, and projected timelines
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Writer platform, the broader AI and LLM landscape, as well as our customers’ ecosystems so you can offer solution recommendations
Write scope or statement of work for identified use cases and custom apps
Act as a resource and liaison for our implementation team, ensuring they understand the customer’s AI readiness, desired outcomes, use cases, and scope of work.
⭐️ Is this you?
5+ years of technical and/or professional services roles in SaaS, including services sales or delivery roles
Have worked with Fortune 500 customers for a high-growth, B2B SaaS company
Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering is a huge plus
Understanding of and/or experience working with APIs
An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to take complex technical concepts and translate to practical business language for non-technical audiences
Highly versatile, can lead a discovery session with multiple stakeholders, uncovering use cases and business pain
Customer outcome-oriented: a laser focus on delivering solutions that create meaningful business results
Experience working across many customer stakeholders and teams
