  • Consistently creating a positive experience for all team members
  • Dealing with challenging problem solving in real-time (e.g., reacting and generating hypotheses in the moment with colleagues / leadership / clients)
  • Invest in mentorship within and outside of the project setting and commitment to high-quality coaching
  • Become a standard bearer of ClearView values
  • Demonstrate impact to firm growth even outside of project delivery through internal initiatives and coaching/mentorship
  • Consistently and independently drive high impact client meetings by challenging client thinking, leaning into hard questions and adding value on top of the team
  • Develop and grow strong client relationships resulting in some account alignment and client 'stickiness' (e.g., clients request to work with you)
  • Ability to pressure test methodologies and rigor of analysis across the project and pivot, as needed
  • Guide the creation of client ready deliverables under any circumstance for any project type
  • Perceived as a strong role model in the organization (e.g. helping others navigate various challenges in the client setting as well as within ClearView)

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a science, engineering or business major is required; advanced degree such as a masters in science, healthcare, business administration (MBA) or PhD is preferred
  • At least 6 – 10 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology field for a management consulting firm
