Enablement Operations Data Analyst

Our Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement & Business Value team plays an integral part in connecting our go-to-market approach to customer value. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in engineering, education, management consulting, business operations (and more!) to define, manage and measure Datadog’s global go-to-market motion. We empower all of Datadog’s customer-facing teams with the right training, skills, and tools at the right time in order to maximize their ability to drive Datadog’s next phase of growth. 

At Datadog our data analysts support the team with building and improving our data infrastructure and reporting and with maintaining operations and systems. You will work very closely with the Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement & Business Value stakeholders as well with Sales Ops, Internal Analytics, and Sales and Technical Solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • As a Data Analyst on the Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement & Business Value team, you will work closely with the team to ensure they have all the data and dashboards they need to work effectively
  • Identify ways to improve our data
  • Develop and maintain documentation on data flows  and metrics definitions
  • Contribute to our data modeling layer
  • Train stakeholders and other teams on best ways to use the data
  • Help answer questions regarding our tools
  • Support with improving operational and manual processes on the team 

Who you are:

  • You have 1-3  years of experience as a data analyst 
  • You have experience building dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau, Metabase or Looker
  • You are able to build dashboards that help tell the story, answer the “why” and are easy to understand 
  • You are proficient in SQL. You can write and troubleshoot queries independently
  • You are a clear and concise communicator and a team player
  • You can explain complex datasets to non technical people
  • You have experience working with enablement and sales teams

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
