Why Join This Team

Join a team shaping how GenAI delivery operates at scale. This role sits at the intersection of automation, operational design, and innovation, with the opportunity to influence systems, tooling, and delivery models used across the organisation.

You will lead meaningful work that improves efficiency, reduces cost, and strengthens the way complex AI programs are delivered. The role offers broad exposure across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Operations, with the opportunity to drive initiatives from concept through scaled adoption.

This is an opportunity to build new capabilities, lead operational innovation, and contribute thought leadership in a function that is central to the future of GenAI delivery.

Your Impact

  • Design and execute an automation roadmap that improves scalability, reduces cost, and increases operational efficiency.
  • Build and govern automation workflows, scripts, and repositories that support quality, repeatability, and adoption.
  • Improve operational consistency through standardised processes, reporting frameworks, and measurable performance indicators.
  • Deliver pilot workflows and service models that can scale into repeatable delivery solutions.
  • Strengthen lean delivery frameworks that optimise resourcing while maintaining delivery quality.
  • Automate and optimise workflows across setup, pre-processing, and post-processing activities to drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • Increase reporting visibility and adoption through centralised tools and standardised reporting systems.
  • Maintain operational performance through delivery health monitoring, process governance, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Secure internal capability growth through thought leadership, case studies, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing Enablement team focused on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Advanced experience in process automation, including design, implementation, and governance of automation workflows.
  • Advanced capability in workflow mapping and optimisation with a track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
  • Advanced experience building and maintaining reporting and data visualisation frameworks for operational performance.
  • Experience scoping, piloting, and scaling new workflows or service lines within complex delivery environments.
  • Working knowledge of tooling integration across JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and automation platforms.
  • Experience implementing structured change management initiatives with stakeholder engagement and adoption tracking.
  • Strong capability in strategic planning, execution discipline, and operational risk management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing enablement or operational support functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill teams while fostering a solutions-first, automation mindset.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in complex or ambiguous environments.
