About Figen AI

Figen AI is a French WealthTech start-up that applies multi-agent artificial intelligence to financial planning and asset management. Our proprietary architecture—backed by certified legal and tax databases—has made us a benchmark for vertical AI in finance. Launched in 2025, we are already trusted by hundreds of companies, including market leaders and institutional players, thanks to our regulatory reliability, secure data handling and tailor-made integrations.

With an ambitious product roadmap ahead, we are opening a Strategy & Business Development internship to help drive our next growth chapter.

The role in a nutshell

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a right-hand partner to the leadership team—shaping new offerings, steering go-to-market initiatives and accelerating commercial traction in France and abroad. Expect a fast-learning, hands-on environment where one week you are sizing a new segment and the next you are pitching a board-ready business case.

What you’ll do
  • Focus area

    Market intelligence

Map WealthTech / AI trends, run competitor deep-dives and size untapped client segments.

    Financial modelling & planning

Build and stress-test revenue, cost and pricing assumptions; draft investor-ready business plans.

    Go-to-Market

Craft value propositions, positioning and distribution strategy; coordinate pitch decks, one-pagers and FAQs.

    Partnerships & sales

Source and engage strategic partners (private banks, insuretechs, family offices); support negotiations through to closing.

    Project management (PMO)

Track cross-functional workstreams (roadmap, OKRs, budget) and build dashboards to measure the impact of new launches.

What makes you a good fit
  • Final-year or gap-year student from a top business or engineering school (or equivalent).

  • Strong business acumen: financial analysis, Excel / Google Sheets modelling, strategic frameworks.

  • Genuine interest in tech, fintech and generative AI—you keep up with industry news and grasp the core concepts.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you test, iterate and learn fast.

  • Curiosity about working daily with LLMs to boost productivity.

  • Excellent written & spoken communication in English. French is a plus.

What we offer
  • Front-row seat on strategic decisions with direct C-level exposure.

  • Chance to build innovative AI products from concept to first euro of MRR.

  • Steep learning curve through daily mentoring and access to a network of AI & finance experts.

  • Bright Paris 8ᵉ office + flexible remote policy (Starlink, work-on-rail, “work from anywhere” weeks).

  • Unlimited access to our internal AI stack for your own projects.

  • Paid internship allowance (aligned with market standards)
