The Employee Voice and HR Measurement Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing employee feedback mechanisms to enhance workforce engagement and organizational effectiveness. This role plays a crucial part in measuring the impact of HR strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an expert in survey methodologies, people analytics, and HR metrics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

  • Manage and improve existing employee feedback programs, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, new hire & exit interviews, and other listening tools.
  • Evolve employee listening strategy and implement new listening posts to address people team and business needs to shape people strategies based on employee sentiment and perceptions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization on implementing ad-hoc survey needs and provide consultation and training to HR teams and business leaders on interpreting and utilizing employee insights.
  • Partner with the People team, leadership, and business units to develop and implement measurement frameworks for HR initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead development of survey dashboards that provide clear, data-driven narratives to influence decision-making and analyze survey results and workforce data to generate actionable insights for leadership teams.
  • Explore options to utilize AI tools in systematically capturing and understanding candidate and employee voice.
  • Mentor, support and manage other team members.

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of applied experience in leading and managing a holistic set of employee voice surveys, including global annual engagement surveys and implementation of new listening posts.
  • 3+ years of applied experience in advising leaders on how to evaluate and measure the success of their initiatives/programs (e.g., program evaluation, KPI development and measurement) 
  • Advanced proficiency in employee listening platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint, Medallia).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong proficiency in managing complex projects, managing stakeholder relationships and expectations

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization or consulting environment.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • Understanding of data privacy laws and ethical considerations in employee feedback collection.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential data and working knowledge of applicable regulations related to personal data in Europe, the U.S. and India
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and support others
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.

Pay Range

$122,000$195,000 USD
