As one of our Employee Services Coordinators, you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.

The Employee Services Coordinator opening is part-time and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August).

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.
  • Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.
  • Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.
  • CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum 2 years of customer service.
  • Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred.
  • High level of computer proficiency is essential.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
  • This position is part-time and requires that you have availability to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August).

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, new employees in this role receive 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked if hired in Washington state, and sick leave as specified by local law if hired in other locations.
