Job Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee the annual planning cycle for EMEA GCB business.
- Create innovative reporting solutions for senior business heads and CFOs.
- Provide key metrics to measure business performance and benchmark against competitors.
- Collaborate with EMEA GCB Bankers and Business Management on strategic initiatives.
- Drive expense management agenda with country and regional business managers.
- Lead and develop a cross-regional team, fostering deep knowledge in financial reporting.
- Serve as a key representative in calls with senior management.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Enhance controls and streamline processes using automation tools like Alteryx and Python.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical subject.
- Relevant work experience in Financial Services or accounting/controller background.
- Strong storytelling and presentation building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
