About the Role

As our Sales Copywriter, you’ll translate the Hadley Designs brand story, Make Learning Fun & Engaging Again, into emotionally resonant, SEO-optimized copy that inspires parents to take action. You’ll help transform browsers into buyers and customers into loyal fans through purposeful storytelling across Amazon listings and email campaigns.

Your Core Focus
  • Craft persuasive, story-driven sales copy for Amazon product listings and Shopify pages.
  • Write high-converting Klaviyo email campaigns that align with our mission and drive measurable revenue.
  • Infuse every line of copy with warmth, heart, and the Hadley Designs promise: to make learning fun, engaging, and screen-free.
What You’ll Do
  • Create SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, and descriptions using keyword research.
  • Write engaging A+ Content modules that visually and emotionally tell our brand story.
  • Produce weekly email newsletters and promotional campaigns for our educational product lines.
  • Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to ensure visuals and copy work seamlessly together.
  • Brainstorm and test new hooks, subject lines, and storytelling angles that increase open and click-through rates.
  • Maintain consistency in tone across all platforms warm, mom-to-mom storytelling that motivates action.
How Success Is Measured
  • Email Open Rate: 35% average across campaigns.
  • Click-Through Rate: 4–6% average CTR.
  • Email Revenue: $50,000 per month generated from Klaviyo campaigns.
  • Customer Impact: Copy that transforms guilt into pride and browsing into buying.

Requirements

You have:

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in copywriting, email marketing, or ecommerce content creation.
  • Proven success writing Amazon SEO-optimized listings and Klaviyo email campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and emotional copy frameworks.
  • A balance of creative flair and analytical mindset, able to interpret data into action.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and consistency in brand voice.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and modern marketing trends.
  • Alignment with Hadley Designs’ mission: making learning fun, engaging, and screen-free.
