About the role

The Email Marketing Account Coordinator will define and drive the email marketing strategy for eHouse clients, ensuring the optimization and performance of their email programs.The coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships by leading client meetings, confidently challenging strategies, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will consistently meet or exceed Klaviyo channel goals, develop advanced deliverability and segmentation techniques, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the email marketing product offering. The coordinator will also collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, store operations, content, and creative teams.


What you'll do


Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Understand client goals and objectives to provide tailored email marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Comfortable pushing back on strategy to clients

Email Strategy and Execution

  • Manage the marketing calendar, strategy and content for email campaigns
  • Create flow strategy and manage production
  • Utilize data and analytics to continuously optimize email campaigns, including A/B testing and performance tracking.
  • Monitor Klaviyo deliverability metrics, list growth, account compliance

Team Leading and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (copywriting, design, paid media, store operations) to ensure  a cohesive and successful marketing strategy.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams to keep everyone informed about successful strategies, areas for improvement, calendar updates, and client feedback.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for improving email marketing processes and strategies, sharing insights with the team.
  • Identify opportunities of cross-sell or up-sell within eHouse Studio

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in email marketing production and comprehensive campaign management.
  • 2-5 years of experience working with a digital eCommerce agency.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in A/B testing practices, with the ability to interpret data and implement actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copywriting, and design.
  • Ability to thoroughly audit a prospective client's strategy from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with Lean Analytics and Continuous Growth models.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple project deadlines and client workloads.
  • Experience in managing medium to large email lists (100k+ subscribers) and driving revenue growth.
