Job Title: Electrical Engineers

Job Type: Trainer

Location: Remote
Compensation: $59 - $74/hour-pay

As an Electrical Engineers, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-powered solutions for the electrical engineering sector. You will leverage your expertise to bridge the gap between traditional electrical engineering concepts and emerging artificial intelligence applications.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver engaging training modules focused on integrating AI into electrical engineering frameworks.
  2. Collaborate closely with engineering and AI teams to design practical, real-world scenarios for learning.
  3. Evaluate and improve AI-driven electrical engineering solutions through testing, feedback, and iteration.
  4. Mentor and guide team members in upskilling, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  5. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible materials for diverse audiences.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and electrical engineering to inform training content.
  7. Foster effective written and verbal communication within the team, ensuring knowledge transfer and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  2. In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and modern AI technologies.
  3. Proven experience in training, mentoring, or technical instruction.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote, cross-functional team.
  7. Proficient with AI tools, simulation software, and relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience deploying AI solutions within electrical engineering projects.
  2. Background in curriculum development for technical audiences.
  3. Certifications in AI, machine learning, or instructional design.
