elearning Manager

You will make an impact:

The eLearning Manager will be responsible for leading a team who develops powerful and comprehensive eLearnings for the elluminate platform, which trains users on the capabilities of the platform and helps them rapidly adopt their processes to maximize the value elluminate delivers. This includes managing the eLearning team and the work, working with SMEs, other team members, and our internal clients to ensure eLearning modules are strategically aligned with learning and development initiatives. As a member of the Global Education and Learning team, our mission is to enable our customers to grow their businesses through self-serve content.

Your day to day:

• Leads the design and development of engaging, self-paced eLearning experiences, including storyboards, courseware, online tutorials, assessments, and other digital learning resources for delivery across major learning platforms.
• Leverages AI and emerging learning technologies to enhance content development, improve efficiency, support personalization, and elevate the learner experience.
• Uses learning analytics, evaluation data, and learner feedback to assess content effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve existing courses and inform the development of new learning experiences.
• Manages the ongoing lifecycle of eLearning content, ensuring materials remain accurate, relevant, engaging, and aligned with evolving product, learner, and business needs.
• Responsible for content strategy / roadmap, including prioritization, resource planning, production timelines, quality standards, and measurable learning outcomes.
• Coordinates content development and maintenance across production teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), establishing priorities, managing updates, and supporting the development of new learning modules.
• Develops and maintains eLearning content using appropriate authoring and delivery technologies, ensuring compatibility with major learning platforms and adherence to established quality and accessibility standards.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and third-party content and learning-platform partners to support effective content development and delivery.
• Partners closely with Product, Services, and other cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into clear, effective educational content across a broad range of topics.
• Engages with learners and community members through user forums, user groups, surveys, and other feedback channels to understand learner needs and incorporate insights into existing and future learning resources.
• Establishes and promotes eLearning standards, best practices, and quality guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the learning portfolio.
• Serves as a leader of the eLearning team, providing mentorship, guidance, coaching, and subject-matter expertise to junior team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience developing eLearning preferred
• Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, Data Reporting, and Project Coordination
• Strong experience with AI as it relates to eLearning development
• Demonstrates good working relationships with creative teams, training leaders and SMEs
• Proficiency in production workflow
• Excellent organizational skills
• Prioritizes multiple on-going projects to meet deadlines
• Processes feedback effectively and adjusts to provide high-quality products within project timelines
