Summary
The EHR Integration Manager owns the front-end of the integration lifecycle, guiding clients from initial intake through readiness handoff to the execution team. This role ensures all EHR integration requirements, workflows, and technical specifications are fully captured, validated, and documented before project kickoff, enabling a seamless transition into active implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Intake & Readiness Assessment – Manage incoming EHR integration requests, review intake forms, and evaluate client readiness for implementation.
- Client Engagement & Discovery – Act as the primary point of contact during the readiness phase; schedule and lead discovery calls to define integration scope, confirm system requirements, and gather supporting documentation.
- Workflow Planning & Documentation – Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to confirm client system configurations, document dependencies in Jira, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Strategic Account Directors, CSMs, Analysts, EIT) to ensure project scope, requirements, and deliverables are clear and agreed upon.
- Readiness Handoff – Deliver a complete, validated readiness package to the execution team, ensuring no gaps in requirements, technical specifications, or timelines.

Education, Experience, and Skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
