Job Title: EDI Enrollment Specialist (B2B SaaS)

We’re looking for who is extremely organized and thorough and can ensure successful completion of enrollments for clients as they onboard to their new EMR.

The Role:
Our expectation of this role is that you become a major contributor in assisting our clients on their enrollment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to help determine all the payers they'll need to be enrolled with.
Create an EDI Master List that organizes all enrollments Prompt will be responsible for, as well as all enrollments (and their instructions) the customer will need to complete.
Complete drafts of all EDI enrollments and seek customer approval for submission.
Obtain signatures from clients on all EDI enrollment forms.
File the enrollment forms with payers and clearinghouses as needed.
Work with the client to accurately complete, submit, and follow up on all forms they are responsible for.
Ensure the client fills out all required forms.
Email/call to follow up on all filings at recurring intervals.
Learn and leverage our helpdesk software to file and follow up on enrollments and communicate with customers.
When enrollments are complete, cross-train with EDI analysts to effectively contribute to the general helpdesk software conversation queue.
Minimum Requirements:
Working knowledge of X12 Manual (837P, 837I, 835, 276, 277)
Experience performing Healthcare EDI/ERA enrollment process from start to finish for Part A and/or Part B facilities
Experience as EDI Enrollment specialist and/or credentialing specialist, completing enrollment process from start to finish
Clear and effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Demonstrated extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting.
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
Prior startup and/or B2B SaaS technology organization experience
Experience in any function of clinical development or medical billing operations (clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, system management, information management, medical monitoring, RCM follow up, claim review and submission, etc.)
Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software
Experience with healthcare data/systems, ideally clinical/operational clinical trial data/systems
Knowledge of e-clinical systems and technologies (e.g. EMR, RTM, HEP, CRM, HIEs, etc)
