Role Overview
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Ecosystem Success Manager (CSM) to ensure organizations achieve maximum value from DoraHacks and BUIDL AI products. You’ll be the trusted partner guiding customers through onboarding, adoption and long-term success, helping them unlock the full potential of DoraHacks’ hackathon and open innovation ecosystem.

Your mission is to build strong relationships, drive product adoption and hit customer success KPIs by making sure every client’s journey with DoraHacks is smooth, impactful and results driven.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard with Impact: Lead organizations through seamless onboarding to DoraHacks and BUIDL AI products, setting them up for long-term success

  • Guide the Journey: Design and execute the Ideal Customer Journey, ensuring clients achieve their outcomes at each stage

  • Drive Adoption: Proactively engage customers to deepen their use of DoraHacks’ hackathon, funding and governance infrastructure

  • Identify Needs & Match Solutions: Understand customer goals, map pain points and align DoraHacks’ products to solve real challenges

  • Collect & Relay Feedback: Capture insights directly from customers and deliver structured feedback to sales, product and leadership

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with the sales team on renewals/expansions and with the product team on roadmap alignment

  • Own Success Metrics: Monitor usage, adoption, retention and satisfaction metrics—hitting customer success KPIs consistently

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS / AI / enterprise software Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services.

  • Strong track record of onboarding and guiding customers through the adoption journey

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Organised, data-driven and comfortable working toward defined KPIs

  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and sales

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Web3, DAO tooling or open-source developer communities is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement

  • Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms

  • Background in scaling customer success processes at high-growth companies
