The Ecosystem Venture Manager will connect Starknet builders with capital and support, accelerate early-stage projects, and optimize the startup lifecycle.
About the Starknet Foundation
It’s time for the digital world to be reinvented. We’re here to make sure it happens.
The Starknet Foundation stewards the growth of Starknet, a cutting-edge Layer 2 blockchain built on Ethereum. Our mission is to scale Ethereum and Bitcoin without compromising security or decentralization, making powerful, efficient decentralized applications accessible to all.
Now is an incredible time to join Starknet. The ecosystem is expanding - developer activity is growing, transformative projects are launching, and the technology is proving its strength. With plans underway for Starknet to settle on Bitcoin, we’re entering an exciting new phase of cross-chain scalability and innovation. This is a rare chance to get in on the ground floor of a new era for Bitcoin, where your contributions can help chart the course of a transformative new frontier. We’re not just building technology, we’re reimagining what the digital world could be if it was built with integrity. The Starknet Foundation is home to a world-class team of builders, researchers, and community leaders, all working to create a more open, fair, and decentralized future. At the Foundation, you’ll collaborate with a close-knit team of driven, creative, and unconventional minds to make this vision a reality.
Starknet technology is developed by Starkware and is nurtured by the independent Starknet Foundation - two separate teams driving the network forward together. Learn more here.

We're hiring an Ecosystem Venture Manager to connect Starknet’s most promising builders with the capital and support they need to thrive. This person will be a proactive connector, deeply embedded in the crypto VC landscape and startup community. You’ll play a key role in accelerating early-stage Starknet projects, advising Founders, and aligning builders with capital, resources, and support systems to ensure their success and longevity.
What You’ll Do
○ Design and execute programs to support early-stage teams, including grant structuring, capital introductions, and accelerator engagement.
○ Serve as a key connector between founders, developers, and Starknet’s broader network of VCs, accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem partners.
○ Guide devs and founders on their journey to sustainability—offering advice and introductions across technical, product, and business domains.
○ Build and maintain relationships with VCs, angel investors, and early-stage funds, with a focus on catalyzing the Starknet builder ecosystem.
○ Own and optimize the developer-to-startup lifecycle: from hackathon participation to company formation and scaling.
○ Help create an enabling ecosystem by improving grant workflows, founder support, and funding pathways.
○ Represent Starknet at high-impact events, hackathons, and conferences, and amplify the Starknet story to relevant communities in the US and beyond.
Who You Are
○ Experienced operator with deep relationships across the crypto VC and early-stage builder landscape in the US.
○ Familiarity with Bitcoin and the Ethereum L2 space, and enthusiasm for helping it grow.
○ Demonstrated experience in early-stage founder support (e.g. accelerators, venture funds, grant programs), ecosystem building or developer relations.
○ Strong ability to identify high-potential projects and help them navigate capital and growth resources.
○ Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
○ Strategic mindset with strong execution chops; you know how to get things done.
○ Location preference: remote working in New York.
Please note: This role is based in the United States (ideally NYC) and requires both residency and authorization to work in the US.
