WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As the E-commerce Manager US at Cybex, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels to drive growth and maximize revenue. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, IT, operations, and customer service teams to ensure that Cybex products are successfully sold online, with a strong focus on customer experience and performance optimization.

This is an exciting opportunity for an e-commerce professional with a passion for driving digital growth in a premium consumer brand within the baby products industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Strategy Execution and Support:

· Support the implementation of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

· Monitor daily sales and website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and implement strategies to optimize sales funnels.

· Work closely with the marketing team to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.

· Collaborate and lead initiatives with local and EU-based teams to align on e-commerce strategy, projects, and business development efforts.

· Analyze competitive market trends and make recommendations for enhancing Cybex’s digital presence.

· Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product, content and IT teams to ensure a cohesive online presence and brand messaging.

· Work closely with the operations team to ensure all D2C orders are being shipped timely and within SLAs.

· Lead and/or mentor a small team of e-commerce specialists (if applicable).


2. Website Management & Optimization:

· Manage the daily operations of Cybex's e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and fully optimized for search engines to maximize visibility and conversions.

· Collaborate with the content team to maintain and update product catalogs while working closely with the performance marketing team to enhance SEO/SEM efforts and improve organic and paid search performance.

· Identify and drive business development opportunities, independently leading new initiatives and projects to assess potential growth areas. Provide visibility into opportunities and risks, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and secure necessary approvals to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

· Develop email, SMS and push notification marketing strategies to drive consumer acquisition and retention.

· Coordinate with the demand planning to ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected on the website.


3. Retention, Loyalty & CRM Initiatives:

· Support customer retention initiatives, including lifecycle marketing, personalized email automation, and re-engagement campaigns.

· Work with the CRM team to enhance customer segmentation and develop targeted retention strategies.

· Assist in the execution of loyalty programs and post-purchase engagement initiatives to increase repeat purchases.

· Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty.



4. Data Analytics & Decision Making:

· Regularly analyze e-commerce performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Power BI, MS Excel or internal dashboards.

· Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize online sales channels and improve ROI.

· Prepare and present business updates for senior management, including business performance insights, growth initiatives and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:

· Experience: Minimum 3 (-5) years of proven experience and track record in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer goods or the baby products industry.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).

· Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM/SEA, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and email/SMS marketing.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

· UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience principles and web design best practices.

· Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clear, concise information sharing across teams.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve challenges and drive results independently.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves spending extended periods of time at a desk or workstation, working on computers, analyzing data, and managing digital campaigns.
