Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle for foodservice distributor accounts.
- Identify and prospect new leads through outbound efforts, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to distributor workflows and pain points.
- Collaborate with marketing and SDRs to optimize lead generation and qualification.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across operations, sales, and IT.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into supply chain, logistics, or foodservice verticals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a full-cycle sales role.
- Strong understanding of the foodservice distribution landscape is a major plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms.

- Compensation range for this role is between $110K-$120K with OTE of $220K-$240K
