What We Do

At Outsource Access, we help innovative brands like The Slime Kitchen. We don't just provide day-to-day operational support for online sales channels —we make sure to optimize sales using proven strategies across DTC, Online Retail sites, and marketplaces.

How You’ll Make a Difference

  • Owning the Digital Shelf: You will develop a differentiated product strategy for DTC, Amazon, and other retail marketplaces.

  • Mastering the Marketplace: You will manage and optimize product listings on SlimeKitchen.com and Amazon. You will ensure that product details, including images, descriptions, SKUs, and pricing, are accurate and aligned across all selling platforms.

  • Creating Seamless Customer Journeys: You will monitor and respond to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms. You will expertly process customer requests, returns, and refunds following company guidelines.

  • Driving Data-Backed Growth: You will generate and compile weekly sales reports via platforms like GoParrot, Square, and Amazon Seller Central. You will track product availability, flag low-stock items , and interpret data to make strategic decisions.
