The MCA Connect Managed Services Project Manager is responsible for directing the post “go live" activities of several Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and/or Finance and Operations (ERP) projects. The typical portfolio will be 10-15 clients. Main responsibility will be coordinating the successful delivery of managed services solutions which include: Service Desk Ticket Management, Environment Optimization and Management, and Decision Support activities that include customizations, enhancements, new functionality, training, business process reviews, and consulting services. Our projects are major strategic investments for our clients and their successful support and maintenance requires a project manager that is driven, proactive, creative, and assertive.
Project Management (70%):
Manage multiple client projects. Manages project deliverables, scope & expectations.
Transition projects from Dynamics Applications Team to Managed Services.
Drive customer sat.
Develops and manage project plans, cost estimates, communication plans, and performance metrics.
Provide leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the project. Drive project decisions and recommendations.
Work closely with the managed services leadership team to drive internal processes, standardization, case load management, and reporting metrics.
Communication and Collaboration (25%):
Proactively communicates and reports status to executives, MCA Connect management and all other stakeholders. This is done leveraging tools such as Status Reports, Executive Briefings, and active day to day team communication.
Effectively communicates and collaborates with technical project team members to achieve project goals.
Employs project management best practices as provided by PMI and MCA Connect delivery standards.
Provides leadership to project team members with respect to project management processes and best practices.
Financial Responsibility (5%):
The MCA Connect Project Manager is directly responsible for managing the project budget providing the predictive financial analysis required to deliver accurate project status.
The PM will support the MCA Connect professional services management team by coordinating client invoicing, accounts receivable and providing project forecasting models.
More than 5 years of experience directly managing ERP and/or CRM deployments (Dynamics 365 a plus)
Experience with CRM and ERP implementation methodology across all phases of Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment and Operation
Understanding of complete solution within the context of an integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy
Well-developed planning, organizational and problem solving skills
Highly developed business acumen
Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate progress and vision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to allocate the correct resources to each project phase and monitor their performance
Consensus driven management style that support a vast set of stakeholders
Strong leadership, teambuilding and motivational skills
Bachelor’s degree required

Qualifications
