Your responsibilities

As Procurement Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient procurement operations services, with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support. You will work closely with stakeholders, procurement and finance teams to deliver efficient and effective procurement services within DWS.  

  • Procurement Operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support  
  • Process improvement and documentation 
  • Helpdesk and user support 
  • Stakeholder management and escalation handling  

We are looking for 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field 
  • Proven professional experience in a procurement operations function, preferably within the asset management, banking, or financial services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of source-to-pay end-to-end processes. 
  • Ability to work independently with focus on results. 
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills, able to explain business concepts and processes clearly to all stakeholder levels. 
  • Experienced in digital and data-driven environments, with an interest in utilizing advanced tools for process improvement. 
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office and SAP Ariba 
  • Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is a plus.
