Your responsibilities

As Procurement Operations Associate, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, compliant, and efficient procurement operations services, with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support. You will work closely with procurement and finance colleagues to deliver efficient and effective procurement services within DWS.  

  • Procurement Operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, helpdesk and user support  
  • Procurement Process improvement and documentation 
  • Helpdesk and user support 

We are looking for 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • Proven professional experience in a procurement operations function, preferably within the asset management, banking, or financial services industry
  • Good understanding of the source-to-pay business process
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills 
  • Interest in using advanced tools for process improvement 
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office and SAP Ariba 
  • Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is a plus
  • Amenable to mid-shift schedule: 2pm to 11pm
