The Dry Etch Spares Coordinator (T1) supports manufacturing excellence by ensuring the timely availability, quality, and readiness of spare parts and swap kits required for preventive and corrective maintenance. This role is essential to minimizing tool downtime and sustaining safe, efficient operations in a dynamic semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review the two-week preventive maintenance outlook to identify required spare parts, consumables, and swap kits.
- Order, stage, and prepare spares and kits in advance to ensure maintenance readiness and minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor critical spare inventory levels and coordinate with materials or procurement teams to initiate replenishment.
- Evaluate parts removed during maintenance and determine appropriate disposition, including cleaning, coating, repair, or refurbishment.
- Inspect incoming cleaned or refurbished kits to ensure quality, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
- Make disposition decisions to approve or reject kits based on defined quality and contamination standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of inventory levels, kit status, and part movement.
- Collaborate with equipment technicians, engineers, supply chain partners, and external vendors to support spares operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing support, inventory coordination, materials management, or a related operations role.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance schedules, part requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols.
- Ability to work flexible schedules as needed to support maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly Dry Etch tools.
- Knowledge of spare parts management, swap kits, and refurbishment workflows.
- Experience inspecting mechanical or tool components for quality and contamination.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP tools, or manufacturing databases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
