According to the provisions of Article 33 of Law 789 of December 27, 2002, the determination of the mandatory minimum number of apprentices for each obligated company will be made by the Regional Office of the National Learning Service, SENA, of the company's main domicile, at a rate of one apprentice for every 20 workers and an additional one for a fraction of ten (10) or more that does not exceed 20. Companies with between fifteen (15) and twenty (20) workers will have one (1) apprentice. Through communication filed with No. SGVA-PP-900114346-2022-1 on January 17, 2022, regarding the modification of the apprentice quota, Banco J.P Morgan Colombia S.A. was informed that after analyzing the information corresponding to the average from July to December 2021, the assigned quota is 4 apprentices, who are providing their services in some support areas.
