Develop automated TEM observation recipes, analyze elemental and device data, select appropriate diagnostic methods, investigate root causes, and collaborate with technology development engineers. The role also involves improving analysis efficiency through AI and data analytics tools, including AutoTEM, EMMI, NanoProbe, FIB, TEM, SEM, and related techniques.
