As a Lead Business Analyst in our Service Delivery Transformation Management team, you will initiate, organize, and drive small/medium-sized projects or segments of large projects that address business goals and deliver business value. Under the direction of a project or program manager, you will participate in all phases of the project life cycle and be responsible for execution of project tasks in accordance with standards and best practices. You will lead effective meetings to gather, validate and document business requirements, as well as current and future state workflows. Your knowledge of financial services including project lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid approaches), as well as strong organizational skills, will enable you to multi-task in a fast-paced environment driven to deliver on the strategic investments of the Firm. To be successful, you’ll need to be results-oriented and understand the impact of the project on the business as a whole. Your creativity and intellectual curiosity will enable you to manage through obstacles and drive resolution of issues.
