We are looking for a Document Processing Specialist to help process, organize, and maintain company documents and information. You will review documents, enter and update information, and make sure records are complete and accurate.
WHAT YOU WILL DOReview and process incoming documents
Enter and update information in company systems
Check documents for completeness and accuracy
Organize digital files and records
Identify missing or inconsistent information
Follow established document-processing procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Previous experience in data entry, document processing, administration, or customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good typing and computer skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital documents
Organized and able to handle repetitive tasks consistently
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Previous document processing or records experience
Familiarity with document management or CRM systems
$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
