Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and passionate Distribution Channel Partner Manager to lead consumer distribution across North America. This role is responsible for managing and expanding our most critical commercial distributor partnerships in the United States and Canada.

This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel required.

As a Distribution Channel Partner Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans (annual, quarterly, monthly) with key distributor partners.

  • Identify and capture new business opportunities, recommending strategies for sustainable long-term growth.

  • Achieve and exceed sales revenue and gross margin targets across key accounts.

  • Anticipate and address business cycle challenges with proactive mitigation strategies.

  • Define and monitor cost-to-serve targets for distributor accounts, including sales support and operational efficiency.

  • Lead new product launch planning and execute go-to-market strategies with precision.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams in sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align on objectives and deliverables.

  • Manage sell-in performance and drive sell-through initiatives with distributor partners and downstream resellers.

  • Guide a team of Territory Managers focused on supporting key reseller partners within the channel.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring distributor needs and insights inform strategic initiatives and planning.

  • Apply structured, standardized practices to day-to-day account management.

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.

  • Experience in sales budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of B2B sales and distributor/channel management experience.

  • Demonstrated success managing key accounts and distributors across diverse markets.

  • Deep knowledge of the consumer electronics industry.

  • Extensive experience in marketing planning and execution, both online and offline.

The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Field Sales, Massachusetts is: $116,600-$160,250.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
