Due to our growth, we are seeking a Dispatcher to join our Boston Standard team!
The HVAC CSR/Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of field service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the HVAC industry. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Rotating Weekends if needed(around once a month, able to work from home on those days)
Responsibilities and Duties
· Daily scheduling of field service technicians.
· Direct interaction with customers in need of service.
· Answer in-bound calls.
· Make outbound calls to schedule service and solicit customers for future business.
· Review service reports to ensure proper billing and field procedures.
· Sort and classify service reports for entry into accounting software.
· Maintain customer database.
· Provide BEST IN CLASS customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
This position is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in operations, customer service, or a future in management. Candidates must also have the following:
· 3+ years of Successful Dispatch Experience.
· 5+ years of Successful Customer Service Experience.
· HVAC experience is a plus.
· 4-year college degree is a plus .
· Desire to achieve goals, both personal and professional.
· Hard work ethic and willingness to work long hours (including nights and weekends as needed).
· Strong team mentality.
· Experience in a customer service role where the phrase “customer first” was practiced daily.
