Pay: $27.50 per hour

As a Dispatcher, you're the heartbeat of our operations—coordinating routes, supporting our awesome drivers and monitors, and making sure students get to and from school safely. What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily bus routes and scheduling

  • Support, coach, and guide drivers and monitors

  • Manage radio and phone communication

  • Address scheduling issues and driver concerns

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our school district partners

  • Assist with payroll, charters, billing, and more

  • Step in with clerical support or as a backup driver when needed

  • Lead or assist with special projects

What You’ll Need:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Familiarity with dispatch equipment and systems

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Computer proficiency

  • Must pass DOT drug test and physical (Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, not permitted)
