Role Summary

We are seeking a highly communicative, persuasive, and commercially minded Discovery Call Specialist (AI & Software Solutions) to lead early-stage client conversations, qualify opportunities, and represent our company’s growing expertise in AI implementations, AI integrations, and software development solutions

This role is ideal for someone who excels in client-facing conversations, can quickly build trust, identify business needs, and communicate value clearly. The primary focus is on conducting discovery calls and qualifying leads, ensuring strong-fit opportunities move efficiently into the next phase of the sales process. 

Main Responsibilities 

(Responsibilities may evolve over time based on business priorities and team growth.)

  • Conduct discovery calls and identify qualified leads to move to the next stage of the sales process. 
  • Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner during prospect conversations. 
  • Clearly communicate how our services help businesses through AI automation, system integrations, custom software solutions, and other technology services. 
  • Create trust and credibility by highlighting our experience, quality of execution, and ability to deliver successful results. 
  • Maintain accurate opportunity notes and status updates in CRM systems. 
  • Coordinate with external marketing/outreach partners as needed. 
  • Provide feedback from discovery calls to improve targeting, messaging, and lead quality. 
Required Qualifications 
  • 2+ years of experience conducting discovery calls, qualifying leads, or in a similar client-facing sales/business development role. 
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong presentation, relationship-building, and consultative communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills with a consultative sales mindset. 
  • Ability to discuss challenges and opportunities in healthcare, finance, and real estate sectors. 
  • Professional English communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously. 
  • Interest in emerging technologies and ability to learn new AI solutions quickly. 
  • Basic understanding of: 
    • AI tools 
    • Automation workflows 
    • AI integrations 
    • Business process optimization through technology
