We are currently seeking a Director to join our company.

ATI is at an exciting juncture in our growth, and we’re seeking a Director to join our team! The ideal candidate is a strong leader and problem solver with consulting or related experience working with a variety of healthcare clients; can lead a project from conceptualization through project completion; has strong subject matter expertise in Medicare fee for service, value-based care, Medicare Advantage programs, and/or commercial health insurance; and has an interest in growing with our company.

Responsibilities                                                           

  • Manage multiple clients and lead engagements as the primary point of contact with executive-level clients.
  • Manage multiple projects including project teams, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead technical assistance and analyses for health plans or providers on issues related to Medicare payment and policy, growth strategy, and value-based care for populations with complex needs.
  • Build, deepen, and strengthen the value we deliver to clients and our relationships with them.
  • Contribute to business development through participation in project scoping calls and proposal writing in addition to developing new client relationships and cultivating existing relationships.
  • Contribute substantially to the mission and impact through strategic guidance, content creation, and as appropriate public speaking/representation of ATI.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the professional development of junior team members.

Requirements

  • Strong subject matter expertise in at least one of the following: Medicare FFS policy, value-based care, and Medicare Advantage; with a preference for candidates with consulting, health services research, CMS, and/or health plan experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work-experience working in a federal regulatory agency, health plan, or consulting to/supporting a wide range of organizations and/or clients in healthcare and aging.
  • Solid experience leading complex projects, engaging with (internal or external) clients, delivering high quality strategic analysis and recommendations, and/or policy analysis and recommendations.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and knowledge across a broad range of projects and sectors.
  • Skilled at navigating and adapting recommendations based on external and internal political sensitivities impacting clients.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) appropriate to different audiences and stakeholders, including strong presentation skills.
