The Role
Fidelity’s Wealth Advisor Solutions program matches Fidelity’s retail clients with independent, 3rd-party advisors when we determine the best client outcome might be provided by working with an outside partner. As Director, you will help drive and expand Wealth Advisor Solutions (WAS) program, a key element of Fidelity Wealth Management, by ensuring an easy referral process for Fidelity Advisors and an outstanding experience for our clients. In addition, this role will work with other referral offerings Fidelity leverages to help our clients. To succeed you will collaborate with a wide-range of partners to identify and prioritize initiatives, improve process, develop technology, and lead all aspects of go-to-markets plans. You will have an opportunity to be a key influencer across Fidelity’s retail and institutional business divisions and report to the Head of Retail Wealth Advisor Solutions.
This role will follow Fidelity's dynamic work schedule and will require travel 15-20% of the time.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of meaningful experience in the financial services industry, including program and product management. Fidelity experience a plus!

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to represent complex concepts in a clear way and to develop compelling and impactful presentations
Proven track record of collaborating to build consensus and alignment across and within multiple teams, levels, and functions of an organization
Unmatched organizational and prioritization skills, and meticulous in detail
High degree of ownership and accountability for results, and ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and think independently
Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
Ability to build trust and credibility with peers, senior leaders, and business partners
Solid understanding of HNW client offerings – fiduciary advice, financial planning, investments, and service models.
Proven success with project management.
