Dynatrace is seeking a passionate Executive Producer, Video Strategy to join our global content marketing team. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive video strategy to support brand awareness, product marketing, and social media engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling video content that simplifies complex concepts, resonates with technical and business audiences, and drives measurable results.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative vision and operational expertise, with a proven ability to build scalable systems and processes for video production. You should be comfortable collaborating across departments and managing both internal and external resources to deliver high-quality video content on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the global video content strategy to align with the Dynatrace brand, product, and marketing objectives.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to oversee the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to final delivery.
- Create compelling narratives that effectively communicate technical concepts and showcase the value of Dynatrace solutions across various channels, including brand campaigns, product launches, and social media.
- Build and maintain scalable production design systems and workflows to ensure efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, working with product marketing, demand generation, and social media teams to align video content with broader campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of video trends and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the Dynatrace content strategy.
What will help you succeed
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to translate creative ideas into impactful, measurable video content.
- 12+ years of experience in video production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role-preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proven success in building and scaling video production systems and processes for global marketing organizations.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft narratives that resonate across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Deep knowledge of video performance metrics and how to use data to drive content optimization.

Compensation Data
- The base salary range for this role is $182,000 to $227.000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
- Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system.
- We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
