- Accumulate, monitor, and report on vendor performance metrics to business unit management
- Communicate expectations and vendor performance against established performance metrics to vendors, including development, implementation and follow up on annual vendor goals and targets
- Ensure applicable vendor performance improvement plans and/or corrective action plans are initiated and completed as expected. Ensure vendors sustain required performance improvements/outcomes through verification audits
- Conduct oversight meetings which include vendors, internal partners, and other stakeholders as appropriate
- Oversee health plan participation in annual delegation audits
- Provide follow-through on audit deficiencies to assure corrective actions are implemented
- Facilitate communication to/from vendors and internal partners
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. 7+ years of vendor management experience, including government programs health care or related experience in multiple areas of operations. Proficient with MS-Project or other project management software and MS-Office applications. Project management, administration or operations in the Healthcare industry preferred. Experience in training/education and use of statistical analysis preferred.
This position is 100% remote within the United States with up to 20% travel annually as needed for vendor and team meetings.
Pay Range: $148,000.00 - $274,200.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
