The Director of Trading responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a team of traders and schedulers.
  • Driving trade generation and execution.
  • Coordinating communication and position management amongst other regions.
  • Communicating P&L and exposure to management.
  • Ensure accurate and profitable use of assets within the team including storage and FT.
  • Drive basis trading decisions and execution.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time to our offices in Houston, TX and Canonsburg, PA, as well as conferences/events.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience trading physical and financial gas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states:  California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate.


Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
