- Leads and contributes to business development by identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients and supporting the transition of one-time engagements into service expansions and recurring advisory relationships.
- Broadens perspective proactively beyond primary service area by identifying and pursuing cross-service and multi-disciplinary opportunities, fostering industry alignment, and building visibility across the firm.
- Thinks strategically about client needs, firm capabilities, and market trends, serving as an advisor who connects clients to holistic solutions
- Ensures growth and expansion by driving service offerings, participating in growth efforts, and applying Ideal Client Profile (ICP) strategy to deepen client relationships.
- Participates in sales pursuits through proposal development, engagement letters, and collaboration with partners and business development teams.
- Manages client engagements with proactive planning, leadership, and accountability, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develops and executes service plans for assigned industry and subject matter areas, contributing to growth and delivery objectives under partner direction.
- Promotes thought leadership through external presentations, whitepapers, and active involvement in market-facing initiatives.
- Provides performance coaching or mentoring of next-gen talent by involving them in client engagements and development activities, fostering readiness for future leadership roles.
- Leads or contributes to growth strategy through assessment, planning and execution of initiatives across industries and product areas.
- Actively pursues continued professional development of their respective expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ten+ years' experience in a professional services firm or eight+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area plus three+ years in professional services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consulting advisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience selling professional services.
