The Role
Veeva Link is on a mission to transform engagement with Key Opinion Leaders in Healthcare. We have several applications in different stages of maturity. Some are the industry standard, some are starting off. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, fast moving, agile team.
Our Strategy function is responsible for the success of our products in the market; that’s from guiding the product to client success. What You’ll Do
- Fully understand and articulate the go to market strategy for Veeva Link, and Link platform applications
- Advise our Product Management team on market dynamics and evolving customer needs in large Pharma business
- Own the adoption and long-term success of Link within assigned accounts, working closely with Account Partners to execute strategic account plans, drive deals and renewals, and forecast product adoption across customers and prospects
- Define key messaging, map stakeholders for engagement, and lead software demonstrations and strategy meetings to drive product adoption and align with customer needs
- Maintain a public presence for the business at industry events and conferences, ensure the continued rapid growth of our market share
- Lead go-to-market messaging for Link to assigned accounts, including new products and features, to ensure effective positioning and customer value
- Evangelize the value of Link
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in professional sales/ marketing / consulting either with the Pharma industry
- Life Sciences experience required, with a particular focus KOL/Thought Leader engagement, medical affairs, and/or commercial launch
- Proven ability to influence and manage executive-level customers and stakeholders
- Strong and effective communicator, capable of writing and speaking clearly with confidence
- Strong track record translating customer needs into product innovation and solutions
- Demonstrated experience in project management, working cross-functionally, and collaborating with peers
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance

Compensation
- Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
